The situation

White Mage Music is a music publishing and show design company that has been operating since 2004. For most of that time, the business ran on a combination of Google Docs, Apple Notes, email threads, and spreadsheets duct-taped together. The person running it knew exactly what he needed. He just couldn't find software that did it. Everything either had too much he didn't need, or was missing the one thing that mattered.

What was built

A complete client management platform built specifically around how a music business actually operates — show design clients, copyright clearance tracking, automated contract delivery, invoicing, multi-voice email workflows, Google Drive provisioning per client, and an AI assistant that knows every client's history and can draft communications in Ryan's voice. The system handles the full lifecycle from first inquiry to final delivery.

Booking & Reservation

A vacation rental throwing money away on a commercial platform — and charging guests more for the privilege.

The situation

Canal Bungalow is a waterfront vacation rental property in Ocean City, Maryland. Bookings were managed through a commercial platform that took a cut from both sides — charging the owner a percentage and adding fees on top for guests. The result: higher prices for guests, less revenue for the owner, and a booking experience that was completely out of the owner's control.

What was built

A custom reservation and guest management platform — availability calendar, online booking with integrated payment processing, automated guest communications, conflict detection, owner dashboard with revenue tracking, and a mobile-optimized management interface so the property can be run from anywhere. No platform. No fees. No middleman.

Revenue increased significantly in the first season. Guests pay lower rental fees than before. The time spent managing bookings dropped to near zero.
